The process
Setting up an online event is not an easy thing. The goal was not only to inform existing customers about the new product innovations, but also to generate new leads. Therefore, for activation purposes a campaign was also conducted towards the event. C4Real helped with the design of the e-mail marketing and the ticketing process. We worked together in a pleasant way to get the CRM and mailing list in order. During the event, C4Real monitored participation and after the event the response of other channels such as LinkedIn was visualized. This makes the result of the event measurable. In the end the client was completely assisted from A to Z in a pleasant, constructive way.
