Thinking about the customers's world
The process
When C4Real received this assignment, they first decided to dig deeper and empathize with the client's world. This case involved a mission to Afghanistan. What does that look like, from base camp, and then. What happens when soldiers head to the target and on the way encounter a roadside bomb that explodes? How does the solution from TenCate Advanced Armor work then? How does this solution ensure that soldiers can continue their mission? C4Real then further mapped and visualized the storyline and customer process in a 3D map. It became a large model, measuring 25 by 25 km. The map shows what the customer's world looks like and it includes the solutions of TenCate Advanced Armor. In this way the customer can ultimately quickly find the solution he is looking for with all the relevant information.
